The Great Dane Tool Company Rubber Seal Primer is an adhesive and surface conditioner intended to aid adhesion of butyl and other self adhesive seaming tapes. Light stabilizers and antioxidants protect exposed material from premature aging. Dries clear and tack-free to avoid dirt pick-up.
